To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexshastra and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall Lexshastra’s total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall rest with the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
